1. Services Description

Ask Mamta Pandey offers the following consultation services:

• ✦Tarot Card Reading: Interpretation of tarot cards to provide guidance on personal situations, decisions, and life direction
• ✦Numerology: Analysis of numbers derived from name and date of birth to reveal personality traits, strengths, and life patterns
• ✦Astrology: Birth chart readings, compatibility analysis (kundali milan), and timing guidance using Vedic and Western astrological traditions

All consultations are conducted online via WhatsApp voice or video call. Sessions are available in Hindi and English.

3. Payment & Booking

• ✦Session fees are communicated directly via WhatsApp at the time of booking. Fees may change without advance notice, but you will always be informed of the applicable fee before confirming your session.
• ✦Payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment. Your slot is not reserved until payment is received.
• ✦We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
• ✦All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. International clients may be subject to different pricing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• ✦Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• ✦Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. The session may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
• ✦No-shows (failing to attend without notice) are non-refundable.
• ✦If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at your preference.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All information shared during a consultation is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share client information with any third party. For full details of how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to record, reproduce, or publicly share the contents of your session without prior written consent from Ask Mamta Pandey.

6. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse, terminate, or cancel a session without refund if:

• ✦The client is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful
• ✦The client is under the influence of alcohol or substances
• ✦The nature of the request is illegal, harmful, or contrary to our ethical standards

7. Intellectual Property
